A Seasonal Stock Worker job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The Stock position supports the operation of the Visitor Center through the handling of all the wine and merchandise that comes into the Visitor Center and the shipping of all related orders.

This is a seasonal, part-time hourly role that is eligible for tips. Seasonal roles are typically May - October, or as seasonal business needs require. This role requires availability on evenings and weekends to support our Summer Concert Series.

Stock Worker job responsibilities include:



  • Assist in stocking the Visitor Center with daily wine and product needs (including ordering wine, monitoring inventory, and understanding upcoming events and tastings in Visitor Center calendar).
  • Assist with performing physical inventory of the Visitor Center tasting areas.
  • Prepare wine and merchandise for shipment.
  • Supply culinary and events team with wine shop products as needed.
  • Organize and prepare wine stock and wine bags for club releases.
  • Provide customer assistance as necessary.
  • Support resolution of shipping issues as needed.


Physical Requirements:



  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk for extended periods of time.
  • Use of hand trucks, forklifts and pallet jacks is required.


Position Requirements:



  • Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • 1+ year of stock experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work weekends and nights with open availability.
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with UPS Shipping and Tracking system.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.


    Your Compensation:

    $16.66 - $20.05 per hour based upon relevant experience.
