The opportunity Reporting to the Sr. Associate Dean, the Associate Dean is a full-time member, of the University staff who supports the operational needs, strategic direction, and Business programs of Southern New Hampshire University's Global Campus (GC). You will manage operational-level projects. You'll collaborate across departments and monitor discipline, industry, and higher education trends to provide a high-quality student, faculty, and academic experience. You'll be responsible for oversight of the GC online FINANCE programs, including related degrees, certificates, and courses. This role is remote. #LI-Remote You will:
- Drive learner success and quality within designated programs, courses, and content through data-informed decisions.
- Maintain successful programs and curriculum through oversight, ensuring efficient curriculum delivery and curriculum relevancy.
- Assure the achievement of important institutional and programmatic benchmarks and performance indicators with analytical support and discipline.
- Collaborate with instructional and curriculum design teams to ensure learning theory and best practices are applied to program and course development.
- Help design and deliver new learning models that are flexible and scalable to support the needs of tomorrow's learners and address key issues such as affordability, access, and speed to completion
- Ensure that assigned programs meet programmatic and institutional accreditation standards and institutional policies and governance requirements.
- Lead collaborative efforts within departments to support learner, faculty, and graduate success and program growth.
- Conduct environmental scanning and research in collaboration with internal and external partners to identify trends and inform actions to increase programmatic success.
- Support improvements in systems and processes to increase automation, improve data and reporting, ability to grow, reduce cost, and better support collaboration between stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development activities that support professional growth and the development of a national presence within the discipline area specifically and higher education generally.
- Implement practices that embody SNHU's core values of putting people first, engaging in learning, promoting equity, setting the right pace, and embracing collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Earned Doctorate in Finance.
- At least 3 years of related experience working in a similar role.
- Experience in the successful administration and accreditation of online business degree programs.
- Knowledge of environmental forces within the higher education environment and within the field of Finance
- Understanding of the foundations of learning science and the key drivers of student success.

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $91,794.00 - $124,192.00.
