Description
The NDA Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations at a Department of Energy (DOE) facility and a staff that could include 20 individuals. Strong leadership skills are required to mentor other individuals and effectively communicate with the customer. Several Non-Destructive Assay systems are needed to perform our requirements for the customer at the site. Oversee the installation, commissioning, calibration, operation, assist with troubleshooting and repair of NDA systems. Manage the daily activity to ensure data is analyzed to meet WIPP requirements, manage expert technical review and prepare reports. Ability to interact with challenging customers and the ability to understand the needs of the client. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Education
Bachelors of Engineering (preferred)
Experience
5 years of NDA related experience. (required)
