*Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist I*
*Location:* Pasadena *Overview:* We are seeking an entry-level Customer Experience Specialist I to join our Consumer Direct Lending team. This role is crucial in guiding consumers through the loan origination process and ensuring efficient and effective support for our business and customer service objectives. *Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts to/from consumers * Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat * Monitor work queues and intervene as needed * Collaborate with multiple departments for issue resolution * Conduct preliminary research to resolve customer inquiries * Escalate complex issues to supervisors * Meet production and quality standards * Follow established policies and procedures * Perform other related duties as assigned * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our organization's culture and values *Skills and Qualifications:* * Experience in customer service, data entry, loan processing, and loan origination * Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus * Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required) * Understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is a plus * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills * Effective written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve problems effectively * Proficiency with computers and mainstream applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
