oInvoice daily parts shipments oProcess all internal and external customer requests (via email, & phone) oInput quotes & orders with accurate price & lead times into the system oInput returns in the system oProcess all internal service-related parts orders oAssist supervisor with back order purchasing as needed oWork with team to manage and coordinate incoming email folders and pending requests oUtilize all resources to resolve customer requests/issues *Skills* Customer service, Support, order entry, Customer support, Erpss, Hardware support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* oAssociates degree (minimum) or 2+ years similar experience in manufacturing environment oKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite oAble to function in a team environment as well as independently with little to no supervision oStrong organization & communication skills oPhone & email etiquette *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
