TEKsystems is seeking a Jr candidate with some risk and/or IT Risk experience to join one of our fastest growing banking clients. Here you will: * Ensure the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements by organizational guidelines. * Aid in the performance of risk and control self-assessments. * Participate in the identification and analysis of risks. * May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs. * Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives. * Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues. * Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation. * Applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions. Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience. Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Suite Technical Writing Technical or Cybersecurity Experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
