TEKsystems is seeking a Jr candidate with some risk and/or IT Risk experience to join one of our fastest growing banking clients. Here you will:
* Ensure the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements by organizational guidelines. * Aid in the performance of risk and control self-assessments. * Participate in the identification and analysis of risks. * May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs. * Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives. * Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues. * Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation. * Applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions. Basic Qualifications: *1-3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience. *Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management. *Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. *Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present requirements/issues clearly and concisely. Preferred Qualifications: *Microsoft Suite *Technical Writing *Technical or Cybersecurity Experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
