Overview

The Associate, Digital Advertising will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive occupancy and brand awareness across our multifamily properties. This role requires a forward-thinking team player who can align business goals with customer need to create strategies that meet the goals of both. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of customer journeys.

    Execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic platforms to deliver leads to pre-sales and sales teams
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to tailor advertising efforts that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leasing, property management, and customer service) to ensure digital campaigns align with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, cost per lease, and ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and customer experience within the multifamily sector.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all digital advertising efforts comply with brand guidelines and legal standards.


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and customer analytics software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
