Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for engineering data solutions, tools, and systems that increase asset utilization, drive productivity and efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and help grow overall business. Accountable for the retrieval, cleansing, development, and analysis of data across various operational and marketing systems. Works with product owners and source application systems in the design, development, and implementation of new data, new data sources, data modeling, operational and customer-centric performance measurements and metrics as directed by Bus Dev & First & Final Mile Markets Leadership Team. Role has high exposure to all sub-departments in Marketing, Information Technology, and collaborates with other data analysis teams across the entire organization.
