The Job at a Glance
We're looking to add someone to our Parts Town Unlimited team who's ready to dig into data, solve complex problems, and drive real impact. As a group-level role in a multi-divisional organization, your work will directly shape strategic decisions across multiple business units. You'll provide critical support for Supply Chain, while also working closely with our Chief Strategy and Operations Officer on Pricing and strategic analytics, delivering insights to the Bench and the Board. Beyond analysis, you'll play a key role in developing executive-level presentations that the Unlimited Leadership Team will use to make major strategic decisions.

Your focus will include leading and facilitating the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) function, integrating new customers and manufacturers into Global Fulfillment Centers, and driving key strategic initiatives - sometimes as an analyst, sometimes as a project lead! You'll also deliver global Supply Chain reporting with performance insights and act as the facilitator for the Global Supply Chain Steering Committee, ensuring cross-divisional alignment.

If you're passionate about transforming data into strategy, driving high-impact projects, and helping leadership make smarter decisions, this role is for you.
Typical Day
  • Stay ahead of the game by digging into industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor dynamics. Create reports and presentations that dazzlediverse audience-from individual contributors to executive leadership.

  • Craft data-driven reports, presentations, and materials that bring your insights to life for our leadership team.
  • Dive into massive data sets using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and make them sing. Turn numbers into narratives and share those stories with teams across the company.
  • You'll contribute to a variety of cool initiatives, like reimagining our supply chain network, developing savvy pricing strategies, and exploring untapped markets.
  • Roll up your sleeves with our supply chain team to tackle everything from transportation performance to inventory flow - help us work smarter, not harder.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and other teams to make sure everyone's rowing in the same direction. You'll be the glue that keeps cross-functional projects moving.
To Land This Opportunity
  • You have 6 to 10 years of experience in consulting, supply chain analytics, financial analysis, or a related field. Bonus points for experience within distribution organizations.

  • You're a whiz with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and if you know your way around market research tools, even better.
  • You excel at breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable insights-whether in writing, speaking, or presenting to diverse audiences. Your ability to identify trends in data allows you to craft compelling narratives that inform key decision-makers and drive business strategy.
  • You're not just about crunching numbers; you know how to ask the right questions and come up with creative solutions.
