Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the eCommerce Analyst position, you'll play a key role in onboarding new customers and optimizing integration builds for existing customers using AI-driven solutions. This role is focused on system configuration and integration, working closely with Integrations Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Implementation Teams to ensure seamless connectivity. You'll drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI for process automation, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering a superior customer experience.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Leverage AI-powered data analysis to improve decision-making and streamline integration processes.

  • Configure and optimize system connections for new and existing providers and suppliers using AI automation, SQL, and the Build Toolset.

  • Set up and test new customer connections through established feeds (BizTalk, EDI, AP) and collaborate with Implementation Project Managers to ensure seamless integration.

  • Deploy AI-driven monitoring tools to proactively detect and prevent system failures, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

  • Complete, review, and approve configuration changes in the Production environment while maintaining compliance with operational standards.

  • Analyze and refine data requirements for large projects and maintenance requests, utilizing AI insights to drive accuracy and efficiency.

  • Monitor and respond to system alerts using AI-enhanced tools to maintain order processing and website functionality.

  • Contribute to projects integrating machine learning, AI automation, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technology-driven role, preferably within eCommerce, eProcurement, or transaction processing.

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume B2B environment, managing integrations, system configurations, or data processing.

  • Proficiency in writing intermediate SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

  • Experience with AI tools for process automation, data analytics, and system monitoring preferred.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience working with databases, including data management and querying.

  • Familiarity with ERP and AP systems, with an understanding of their integration and functionality.

  • Advanced proficiency in EDI, including transaction processing and system integration.
