Human Resources Operations Manager Job Location

Best People, Best Solutions, Best Results Job Summary: Manages and oversees the organization's HRIS. Develops, implements and modifies systems based on changing business requirements. Develops and coordinates the policies ensuring legal compliance. Administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, Compensation and Performance Management Leads reporting and analytics for HR team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to develop, implement, and communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources.
* Coordinates HR operations and related initiatives.
* Creates, generates, and maintains effective HR reporting with timely and accurate data.
* Maintains data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
* Works to continually make improvements to the HRIS ensuring current modules are being utilized and optimized to the fullest.
* Oversees all system upgrades and system additions.
* Identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing processes, system functionality and work flow, maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
* Provides necessary training to meet end user needs.
* Maintains knowledge and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by recommending best practices and reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and communicating changes in human resource policies, programs and practices, providing needed training.
* Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to Coach and Associates.
* Administers, reviews and supports the performance management systems and annual performance review process.
* Administers, reviews and supports annual compensation process.
* Assist in implementation of strategic benefit programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent.
* Back up assistance for benefits administration, including FMLA, COBRA, EEO compliance.
* Creates and manages a process to ensure job descriptions are created and maintained, ensuring annual review by Associates and Coaches.
* Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Protects and maintains the privacy of associate personnel records, including compensation information.
