Description
Location: This position is an on-site role in Orlando, FL JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant supports executive officer(s) by fulfilling administrative tasks as appropriate for the business area and other executive officers. The Executive Assistant must be able to work both collaboratively and independently on tasks that are complex and highly sensitive in nature, which support the executive officer's management and leadership of the business. This Executive Assistant shall provide support through a wide range of duties, including research and data compilation, attend and draft meeting minutes, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. This position requires a high level of integrity, as the role is exposed to confidential and sensitive information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
