Driver

The Driver Provide patients in the community with safe and reliable transportation to and from the Clinic and Hospital.

Work Schedule: 8 hrs weekly / .2 FTE Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid WI driver's license
