- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training and marketing coordination and support within a global organization.
- The intern will primarily assist in the creation and maintenance of regional SharePoint pages aligned with global templates, draft and disseminate organisational announcements and safety communications, manage training certification requirements, and support data entry tasks.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of regional SharePoint pages to ensure alignment with global templates.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and materials for SharePoint updates.
- Draft, format, and distribute organisational announcements, employee spotlights, safety communications, and digitalisation improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with company standards.
- Assist in the organisation and documentation of training materials and resources.
- Input and manage data in relevant templates and databases to ensure accurate records.
- Maintain organised documentation and facilitate easy access to department-related information.
- Assist in planning and marketing events such as Zero Harm Week, our annual Safety Symposium, recruitment events, or other organisational events.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials and communication strategies for events.
- Prepares routine internal and external communications materials/activities to promote and support the mission, objectives, and business goals of the organization.
- Assists in tracking the perception of the company via editorial contacts and placements in trade publications.
- Assists in the preparation and design of employee newsletters, brochures and related materials.
- Assists in the management of the company's identity program, including signage, stationery, literature, etc.
- Performs routine upkeep of company intranet content.
