The Senior Manager Corporate Security Investigations is a people-leadership role within the Corporate Security Investigations (CSI) team. This crucial role will oversee investigations, provide regular reporting and interact with other internal departments regarding investigations and potential fraud. What you will do * Leadership responsibility for direct reports within the Corporate Security Investigations team * Assist investigative staff in analyzing initial information to determine if investigation is warranted * Prepare investigative reports for senior management, regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities * Coordinate and refer investigations to the Suspicious Activity Reporting ("SAR") committee and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") Teams as needed * Continually develop proactive/reactive monitoring tools and catalog those within XRAY * Identify high risk areas throughout the organization which are particularly susceptible to fraud * Prepare and present weekly at Customer Protection Oversight Committee ("CPOC") meetings on fraud updates/trends and statistics * Update Actimize (case management system) with template, alert and subtype changes * Monitor and report on case status and statistics, disposition of files, recoveries, court ordered restitution for investigations staff * Perform periodic Actimize and fraud tool training for proficiency purposes * Perform duties inherent in a supervisory role What you will bring * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years' forensics, investigations, accounting and/or audit experience * Strong investigative, interview/interrogation skills * Working knowledge of the rules of evidence * Working knowledge of the Criminal Code, Bank Secrecy and Patriot Acts, SAR and AML reporting * Strong report writing skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Knowledge of accounting principals * Knowledge of the financial services industry This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job. Base Salary Range $108,800.00 - $153,650.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
