As a Workforce Management Manager, you will manage a team of workforce management professionals responsible for operations, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and intraday management. You will oversee daily department operations and initiatives, serving as a key contact for business partner relationships. You will participate in and lead tactical activities and projects.

  • Your role will be to oversee the design and management of workforce schedules to meet operational demands and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • You will lead and mentor a team of workforce management professionals, providing training and development opportunities.

  • You will analyze KPIs and align workforce planning with business goals to develop and implement strategies.

  • You will calculate, analyze, and interpret data and information to draw meaningful conclusions, problem solve and make informed decisions.

  • You have working knowledge of workforce management software and tools and leverage it to enhance efficiency and drive the adoption of.

  • You will develop strong relationships with business area leadership and collaborate to ensure business needs are met.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $88,896-$142,234 Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $94,689-$151,502

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
