Requirements



  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the print industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in technology, products, and the marketplace
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Basic computer operation skills



Sales Manager Job Duties



  • Create and develop the sales team
  • Implement sales processes, accountability, and KPI measurements
  • Support the sales team by fostering a strong, positive relationship
  • Analyze data and forecast sales numbers
  • Give input to upper management on strategies
  • Ensure the development of the sales team
  • Collaborate with the operations team



8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Salary | $50,000 - $150,000 (Based on experience)
