Sr. Content Producer - Product Features -Contractor

This is a 12 month long, full time (40 hr/week), hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite, M/F WFH) contract role in Culver City, California.

We are seeking a senior creative producer to work on new and existing content driven features in the TV App.

We conceptualize, craft and build the content experiences for some of the most visible customer products. Your ideas and vision can impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like, and how they're used by millions of people across the globe.

This role will be responsible for building features that support and promote compelling static, motion and immersive visual creative. Our ideal candidate will have an interdisciplinary sensibility toward graphic, product, narrative and digital media design along with an outstanding eye for detail and a natural gift for multi-team collaboration. He or she will expand on and build out future content experiences across services applications by evolving the way the users experience and discover content creative.

Key Qualifications:

- You have deep expertise partnering cross functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, UX/UI Marketing andBusiness

- You have innovative vision for product creative, leveraging user experience principles, storytelling, motion, sound, layout and typography to paint that vision

- You have considerable expertise in content creation and the creative production processes; experience within a subscription services business model is a huge plus

- You're experienced building platforms and launching product features with minimal direction working towards predetermined goals

- You have lead large cross functional collaboration with internal partners and 3rd parties/vendors

- Intuitive problem-solving and task prioritization has become a core strength, leveraged for things like foreseeing roadblocks and proactively developing solutions to mitigate problems instead of react to them

- You have experience capturing and documenting requirements related to content creative which inform development and QA activities=

Description:

-In this role, you will be at the intersection of creativity and technology. You will be leading the end-to-end content creative process which supports the design, development and launch of app features. More specifically:

- Drive creative explorations to achieve high level business goals and result in approaches that are defined, actionable, and scalable

- Lead highly cross-functional meetings and own translating content creative requirements into clear documentation to ratify decisions and ensure resulting features meet those requirements

- Facilitate product content development between design, UX, engineering, content creative and product teams

- Handle and clearly communicate overall timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs

- Provide detailed documentation of project process, meetings, and requirements

-Drive milestones, meetings, and coordination between cross functional teams

- Independently own budgets and agency relationships

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $100.00-$110.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
