Job Overview The Field Sales Internship offers college students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure in Sales Operations within the Consumer-Packaged Goods and Beverage (CPGB) industry. The Field Sales Intern will support the local sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding their customer base. This internship will provide on-the-job experiential learning and a broader understanding of the business and CPGB industry through various capacities, including: Experiencing our value chain of make, sell, deliver Supporting various aspects of our go-to market strategy (ex: merchandising, POS, backroom management, customer conversations, etc.) Executing applicable promotions and new products based on target lists Participating in monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives Assisting with marketing promotions and Point-of-Sale activities Supporting the execution of commercial plans to generate sales growth This is a part-time paid opportunity with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity upon graduation based on intern's performance Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the local sales team and rotate with hands on experience through various roles to gain insight and exposure within the Sales & Service business function. Build relationships with customers and internal teammates through job shadowing and ride-alongs. Maintain daily communication with your manager, assigned mentors, and Sales Leaders for guidance and feedback. Attend Sales Operations team meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team's activities and annual business objectives. Gain cross-functional exposure and business acumen knowledge through facility tours and shadow opportunities with other business function teammates. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Currently enrolled in accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
