Job Description:The Informatics Analyst III - Epic - - Collaborate with assigned application users to understand operational workflows and technology related challenges. - apply conceptual knowledge, analytical methods and problem solving skills to identify innovative information technology solutions. Analyze application and business data to identify trends/areas for improvement. and propose appropriate recommendations. - Develop, deliver, and ensure effectiveness of training programs. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Education, Business, or Information Systems - Preferred Experience: 4 years Healthcare Operations (clinical, business or education) - Required 3 year Healthcare technology environment - Required 3 year Curriculum design and training delivery - Required Certifications/Licensures: Epic Proficiency/Certification Status - One Application - Required Skills: Multimedia education tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia) experience preferred. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio skills required. Must be available for on-call user support when necessary. Work Shift:Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America) Pay Range: $61.72 - $92.58 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
