Advantage Technical is thrilled to team up with a top-tier manufacturer to find a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician in Littleton, MA. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring product quality by performing inspections, testing materials, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for quality assurance, and a drive to support production excellence, this could be the perfect next step in your career!

Pay rate: $21 - $23/hr.

Schedule: 5:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday (Saturday & Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production lines, ensuring proper material flow and machine operation while maintaining product quality through tests and specialized equipment. Keep the workspace clean, follow safety protocols, and address quality concerns by collaborating with the maintenance team. Maintain accurate daily records of tests and results and support smooth plant operations by performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma with at least one year of QC experience, preferably in the medical or food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with basic lab equipment like pH meters, scales, HPLC, and in-line monitoring systems, including calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read, understand, and write standard operating procedures with strong attention to documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in computer use, including data entry, closing out results, backing up programs, and using Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for mechanical systems and ensuring regulatory compliance through proper testing, protocols, and documentation.
