The Impact You Will Have

The position will have primary accountability for leading implementing and maintaining ongoing operations for assigned health and wellness solutions. This includes coordinating and collaborating with vendors and internal staff to implement new cases and provide issue resolution for ongoing program activity. The individual will have subject matter expertise in assigned health and wellness solutions, and will develop and maintain strong business relationships. In addition, this position will participate in the coaching, mentoring, and training of other employees.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for assigned implementations, vendors and/or market segments.
  • Assist internal customers with wellness implementations which may include frequent external customer contact.
  • Develop project plans and time lines for implementation of vendor solutions for clients, and/or customized client programs.
  • Collaborate with internal parties, vendors, and clients to successfully execute customized or complex implementations or coordinate resolution of escalated issues.
  • Build and manage vendor operational relationships with assigned vendors to maximize program efficiencies.
  • Plan and chair regular vendor meetings as needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert with vendor and internal IT partners.
  • Lead efforts to define problems, build the requirements, develop work flows, define performance measures, and coordinate user acceptance testing for new system processes.
  • May monitor program performance and vendor payment including any contract guarantees on a monthly basis.
  • Provide vendor performance reporting to Health and Wellness Program Manager and Manager of Health and Wellness Programs, Director and others.
  • Analyze any internal or vendor reporting related to assigned programs/vendors and communicate key outcomes at the client level.
  • Partner with other internal areas, such as Account Management in the delivery of key outcomes messaging.
  • Support product led/agile methodologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experiences
  • 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • 1 year experience with wellness services/products including but not limited to biometric screenings, health assessments, coaching, and implementation of vendor programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and transform into information.
  • Ability to lead small to medium project efforts.
  • Effective in building business relationships.
  • Self-directed, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent research, problem solving skills with the ability to work under tight time frames and complex business issues.
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and convincingly.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in vendor management implementation, and process improvement preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $77,200.00 - $102,300.00 - $127,400.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
