Job Description: ResEcon is looking for a Director of Operations to join our growing Administration team! The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day business functions of the firm, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and high-quality client service. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in operations, financial management, and team leadership. The Director of Operations will work closely with senior management and support staff to optimize business processes, drive growth, and enhance overall firm performance. Salary Scale: The Director of Operations is paid an annual salary of between $135,000 and $165,000, subject to all required deductions and withholdings, and not including the value of benefits under any Resolution Economics-maintained benefit plan. The Director of Operations position is classified as exempt from overtime pay requirements under applicable federal and state law.
