We are seeking a dynamic and visionary business intelligence Leader to join our Sales Organization, a critical part of Compass Group's mission to drive growth across all sectors. At Compass, we take pride in being a leader in hospitality, providing innovative solutions to support our clients and customers. This role will be instrumental in supporting the sales organization by leveraging data and analytics to enhance strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance across our Business & Industry, Healthcare & Senior Living, Education, Sports & Leisure, sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the development and implementation of data and analytics strategies to support sales growth and operational efficiency.
*Lead the sales data enablement strategy and implement data tools into the sales organization.
*Use data sets into understandable storylines to action on and enable new sales opportunities.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for using data and AI to solve sales challenges.
*Take functional/process ownership of technology solutions across Sales and Sales Support, ensuring tools are optimized and implemented for maximum impact.
*Coordinate with the technology teams for the design, development, and deployment of AI models and data analytics solutions.
*Work with technology & legal teams to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
*Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
*Communicate complex data insights and AI concepts to executive leadership and non-technical collaborators.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Business Management, Analytics or a related field.
*Experience in business analytics, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to lead AI and data initiatives.
*Experience in sales, marketing, or other business functions is a plus but not required.
*Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI technologies, or machine learning tools and their applications to drive business results.
*Proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies with the ability to quickly learn new tools or systems.
*A passion for driving business success through data tools, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
*A commitment to creating a culture of diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
