* Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars. * Maintain and organize client records and databases. * Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates. * Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. * Prepare and submit trade orders and other necessary paperwork. * Coordinate various stages of transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. * Conduct market research and analysis to assist brokers in making informed investment decisions. * Gather data on market trends and prepare reports. * Assist in creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts. * Help organize events and seminars. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.60 - $23.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
