We are hiring a Program Manager to join our team to focus on our Web and Mobile projects.
Location: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite in Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities: * Define and manage the project's scope, schedule, cost, and quality. * Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure proper execution and management. * Ensure the project is completed within the approved scope, schedule, and cost. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. * Utilize company-approved methodologies and toolsets to achieve short and long-term goals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. * Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. * Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience * Minimum 5 years of professional experience. * Minimum 3 years experience working with websites and mobile applications in a delivery setting. * Experience with project management methodologies or SDLC (systems development life cycle) * Experience with project management methodologies & SDLC. Working knowledge of project management / agile tooling * Understands how software is developed, tested and implemented as well as technical concepts. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
