Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Disaster Recovery Project Manager. Ideally, he/she should be able to sit with IT teams that manage the bank's on-prem data center as well as their cloud infrastructure, and ensure testing/exercises adequately test contingency solutions.
*Additional Duties include: * -Serves as project lead in the annual BancWest Disaster Recovery Exercise. -Works with business units, IT support staff (Network, Server, End User), and Fidelity Information Services (FIS), to coordinate testing. -Prepares and submits reports on compliance and testing requirements for Management approval. -Keeps abreast of business continuity best practices and recommend processes to apply to Bank's overall IT disaster recovery plan. - Assists with the development and the implementation of strategic plans/goals for the department -Manages, mentors, trains, and supports department staff members. -Improves operating efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve customer service. -Assumes role and responsibilities in the absence of the Department Manager. *Skills* Disaster recovery, Disaster Recovery Testing, Business Continuity, Project management *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
