The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 102,080.00 USD - 133,980.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Manager, Supply Planning, you will be responsible for delivering the customer service targets at the optimal inventory investment and cost for North America Pest Control and Home Cleaning Business Unit's. While also scheduling production with various third party manufactures and internal manufacturing plants while monitoring on time delivery of product. This role will have responsibility for the North America Consumer Brands network with accountability for key planning metrics such as case fill rate and inventory value. In addition, you will play a critical role in the monthly S&OP process, as well as contributing to the weekly S&OE Meetings and contributing to key projects and product launches!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to S&OE meetings and ensure alignment with NA standards and best practices.

  • Daily monitoring of STRs to US - Single Point of Contact for all deployment related needs

  • Manage E2E supply plan of all new products including master data setups and participating in day-to-day rituals and routines to resolve master data exceptions

  • Collaborate and communicate 3PM production plans

  • Actively participate in the monthly Supply Review (Step 3) meetings as a part of the S&OP process

  • Prepare, lead, and own weekly routines for CFR and Inventory performance.

  • Engage cross-functional partners in hitting important timelines and business objectives

  • Oversee an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned manufacturing locations

  • Review and optimize constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via Kinaxis Rapid Response

  • Monthly root cause analysis of KPI's for their category/cluster - and identify/drive corrective actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with an exposure to Supply Planning; 3+ years with advanced degree

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Master's Degree or MBA

  • High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)

  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key business and planning concepts

  • Ability to drive action and influence decision making at different levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands

  • Planning systems experience: Kinaxis (MRP), SAP ECC (ERP)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time position, based in the Chicago office

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
