ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager, Global Mold Procurement you will be accountable for global mold management to include; strategy, negotiations, budgeting, proactive maintenance, condition reporting, stakeholder management, supplier selection and relationship management. Global Mold Management is within the Global Plastics portfolio and plays a key role in meeting aggressive business goals. You are responsible for Global Program Mold Negotiations which may be up to multiple million dollars each, negotiating on behalf of SCJ. You will define and lead continuous improvement levers around software that tracks all global molds, improving the quality of data and enabling feeding of proactive information into the S&OP cycle at country/region/global levels. You will lead proactive cross-functional discussion behind expiring assets, so that either the product is terminated, renewed (enabling an NPD), duplicated, or replaced.
