Reporting to the EVP & President, News, Advertising & Programming, the Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in the successful operation of the business unit. This position acts as a trusted advisor to the EVP & President and a key point of contact for the division's senior leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving and overseeing the business unit's critical and strategic initiatives to successful outcomes, ensuring alignment with organization and company goals. The position requires strong communication, business, financial, technical and program management acumen, as well as an ability to work with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment managing diverse programs and activities. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00-$230,265.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. |
