The Eskaton Foundation is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Impact and Fundraising Coordinator to help align and advance Eskaton's impact efforts across its communities.

About the Role

The Impact and Fundraising Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating Eskaton's fundraising, donor stewardship, and impact initiatives. This position fosters collaboration across teams, strengthens donor relationships, and enhances engagement through strategic events and community giving programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about building connections that support Eskaton's mission.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $29.00 to $35.00/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate fundraising and community giving initiatives to support Eskaton's impact goals.
  • Plan and execute events that engage donors, stakeholders, and residents while raising awareness and funds.
  • Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies to build long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a key member of the Impact Team, working collaboratively to align impact efforts across Eskaton.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the Eskaton Foundation, Education, Life Enrichment, and Wellness teams.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and program development.

Salary for this position ranges from $29.00 to $35.00/hour.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
