The Program Management Analyst will support the Maritime and Carrier branches within OPNAV N98. This role involves providing comprehensive program analysis, financial management expertise, and administrative support to ensure the successful execution of aviation requirements and budgetary processes. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze current and future Aircraft Carrier requirements related to Warfare Systems (combat, weapons, navigation, and C5I systems). * Provide analytical support for policies that align Aircraft Carrier requirements, programs, and resources. * Assist in the development of briefings, presentations, point papers, and correspondence related to aircraft carrier warfare system requirements. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years' experience in both aircraft carrier and carrier air wing operations, as well as resource/requirements experience on the OPNAV staff. * Minimum 2 years' experience as an aircraft carrier Tactical Action Officer, Combat Systems Officer, Combat Direction Center Officer, Operations Officer or Assistant Operations Officer. * Knowledge of DoN Naval Aviation programs, missions, and challenges related to aircraft carrier aviation. * Knowledge and understanding of the PPBE process, including working experience with Planning and Budgeting Information System (PBIS). * Ability to catalog created and saved files, making them searchable and retrievable by requirements officers. * Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. * Requires SECRET clearance. Work Environment: * All work will be performed at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. * The contractor shall be available during the core business hours of 0800-1600. |
