Financial Management Analyst - NAV OPN-N98

The Financial Management Analyst will support the Maritime and Carrier branches within OPNAV N98. This role involves providing comprehensive program analysis, financial management expertise, and administrative support to ensure the successful execution of aviation requirements and budgetary processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide analysis during budget planning, drills, execution, and analysis for Aircraft Carrier sponsor budgets.

* Review Budget Exhibits, Navy Program Budget Guides, and other U.S. Navy budget products for accuracy and completeness.

* Support budget planning, execution, and tracking; financial analysis, reconciliation, and cost trade-off assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience reviewing, analyzing, and assessing fiscal risk associated with USN carrier program fiscal development across the Future Years Defense Plan and beyond

* Prior experience with aircraft carrier requirements and programs.

* Prior experience with financial processes of PPBE at the Echelon 1 or 2 level.

* Requires recent experience within the last year interfacing with PMA BFMs and FMB budget analyst.

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.

* Requires SECRET clearance.

Work Environment:

* All work will be performed at the Pentagon, Washington D.C.

The contractor shall be available during the core business hours of 0800-1600.
