Get to Know Your Team:

• Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsible for answering calls, managed physician schedules, managed all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients, and represented the clinic with a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and worked to minimize patient wait times. Also serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1 year of medical office reception experience preferred
