The Vice President is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of S&K Security Group, LLC (SKSG) business operations. The VP position leads the company to help create an organizational vision and mission that is aligned with S&K Technologies. Oversees and manages Government, Commercial, and Sustainment projects including system deployments, solution development, sustainment, and system testing in tower/sensor maintenance, command and control, software, technical solutions, electrical, and power systems. Leads all facets of the company in executive oversight of project management, business capture, operations, accounting, warehouse operations, equipment management, information systems, quality, safety, and training.
Management
- Manages Government, Commercial, and Sustainment business within the LLC to include system deployments, solution development, sustainment, and technical services in targeted business areas
- Participate as an executive team member to lead establishing management, oversight, and strategy for project management, business capture, operations, accounting, warehouse operations, equipment management, information systems, quality, safety, and training
- Lead organizational change to improve overall company performance by identifying opportunities to improve contract execution, eliminate non-value tasks, provide better communication, and develop human capital
- Maintain awareness of internal and external factors that impact the company with a focus on pursuing business, adapting the business, and making business decisions that are in the best interest of the company and stakeholders.
- Manage risk through establishing plans to minimize business risks, optimizing market opportunities, and identifying potential investments in Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts to capture new and adjacent market segments.

- Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of direct report employees, directors, and managers, by building teams, promoting open communication, and career development through active engagement
- Work across the organization for succession planning and team building to train, attract, and retain qualified and dedicated staff and management teams
- Perform routine workload reviews across the business to identify potential training needs and opportunities for process streamlining, improved organizational structures, and expansion to improve business operations

Growth
- Lead LLC in corporate planning, strategy business diversification, control plans, team building, resource planning and operations
- Strengthen areas of business and expand opportunities to support maintaining the business base, identify new business, and developing new and adjacent markets
- Work with the executive leadership team to lead the development of annual, three-, and five-year strategic plans in support of company and enterprise goals
- Implement structures and processes to support alignment with S&K and successful business execution
- Represent the company and present company capabilities to business partners, customers, industry, and the public
- Provide executive guidance on bids and proposals, win themes, marketing documents, and media

Reporting and Safety
- Perform accurate reporting of financial, business, project status, forecast, and overall business performance
- Provide analysis of contracts, proposals, projects, financial data to support the business
- Perform timecard updates daily and sign timecards weekly to support reporting and payroll activities of direct reports
- Perform job-related reporting to support corporate and enterprise objectives
- Promote, execute, and adhere to the company's safety program
- Maintain a driver's licenses to enable driving to work sites to manage site safety and work performance
- Promote a safe work environment by leading safety efforts in planning, training, and inspections ensuring a continuous safety focus
- Work in a safe, responsible manner without intentional or unintentional risks for injuring oneself or endanger the wellbeing of others
- Cooperate with safety personnel, management, and investigators to ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company and customer's safety policies.

Education |
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (optional)

Experience |
- Five years in program management or related experience
- Five years of business development experience
- Five years' experience working with or for Government contractors
- Two years of experience in system deployments, solution development, sustainment, system testing, or in a related technical role

Must show relevant experience in:
- Strategic vision with the ability to build, manage, and lead teams
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Financial knowledge and analysis related to P/L to assess business performance

- Proficiency in executive-level communications, managing written, verbal, and presentations with senior leadership, executives, and senior personnel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to customer meetings, shows, conferences, and job sites.

- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and a DHS/CBP Background Investigation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and MS Project)
- Knowledge of ProCore (preferred)
