BA/BS degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience ranges from 10-12 years.
* Overall implementation and direction of the estimating functions to provide services, procedures and methods for the timely and accurate response to client, project management, departmental, and company requirements.
* Strong PC skills to include Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and experience of EVMS applications to projects

Deep knowledge and capabilities in use of cost software such as RACER,COBRA, MII, PACES, SAGE, RS MEANS, etc. Knowledge of scheduling in P6 is beneficial and use of risk models.
