We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Customer Operations Business Analyst

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

The Customer Operations Business Analyst is accountable for the publication of contractually required metrics for key accounts and customers. These metrics may include, but are not limited to, budget reporting, bin maintenance, inventory and turn performance, delivery and quality, demand planning and forecasting, orderbook prioritization and management, cost savings, RMA's, and ensure overall customer expectations are met. The Operations Business Analyst will also be responsible for the analysis and distribution of metric reports to support Business Review(s) to Operations Personnel and Customers, as required.

  • Complete Customer Metric packages for key CMS Accounts as required per schedule
  • Complete Global contract business review packages for key CMS Customers (Internal/External metrics)
  • Produce Cabinet Stocking level recommendations and present to customers as required
  • Ensure coordination with Inventory Management Team and Purchasing for execution of Customer accepted changes
  • Provide support to I/T for planning, conversions & implementations as necessary
  • Perform special projects as needed
  • Run open order reports daily to ensure open orders ship on schedule
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency of product needed, specifications, and shipping and delivery requirements
  • Update bin records accurately and timely support business needs and any contract changes
  • Attend regular and impromptu customer and management meetings, and company-sponsored training meetings, as required
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and with appropriate detail to customer inquiries pertaining to order information/status, product availability, and/or the plan of action as approved by management to support customer requirements and on time delivery throughout the day
  • Access customer web site to update shipping and delivery status

About you

  • High School Diploma. A degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3 plus years of metric reporting and/or Business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, planning & purchasing functions
  • Demonstrated experience of a high-level of proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience with reporting KPI's and production of Scorecards preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and mathematical ability
  • Demonstrated ability to develop models and other tools of analysis for reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis in Quality
  • Must be detailed orientated with the ability to meet "hard" deadlines, with excellent organizational and time management
  • Strong business acumen, with aerospace hardware industry knowledge a plus
  • Strong ability to grasp strategy, analyze performance, and challenge current thinking
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Access
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
  • Ability to travel, as requested
