Job Description: Kokosing Industrial (Kokosing) is seeking a talented candidate with artistic vision and technical skills to join our Business Development Response team. The Proposal Coordinator will facilitate Kokosing's growth in exciting markets through the development of proposals and related qualification collateral. The position requires the ability to work in a professional setting, managing and executing multiple projects with overlapping timetables. This position offers a career path with growth into leadership and management. Desired experiences include: Past success working in a professional setting Proficiency in Adobe products including InDesign Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word and PowerPoint Ability to work with internal clients located in remote offices Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage your schedule for an on-time delivery of work products. Excel in a collaborative, team environment where every voice matters. Lead the layout and visualization of statements of qualifications and proposals under the authority of the Business Development Manager. Support with outreach to key partners including owners and engineers through meetings, phone calls, and other direct engagement Support internal initiatives to build and maintain assets such as project data sheets, resumes, template library, and proposal library Other duties as assigned Preferred Education and Experience Associate or bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields or equivalent work experience Minimum 5-10 years' experience with three or more years in proposal preparation Prior experience in a construction or engineering environment preferred BENEFITS Kokosing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off and a 401K plan.
