Job Description This role will report to the Head of Inland Marine - NA and includes responsibility for the establishment of a business plan and financial outcome in conjunction with the Head of North Americas business plans and goals. In order to achieve the financial return targets, this position will also work with other cross-functional teams and Product Development functions such as Product Management, P&C Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Accounting to improve the overall customer experience, satisfaction, profitability, quality and consistency to meet the Inland Marine product line objectives and to ensure decisions contribute to a profitable portfolio as requested by the Inland Marine leader. Job Responsibilities * Responsible for review and analysis of underwriting data to determine risk eligibility to corporate standards For this position, we expect to offer a base salary in the range of USD 150,000 to USD 185,000. The specific salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including the experience of the successful candidate and their work location. In addition, all employees are eligible for competitive incentive targets, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
