Department OverviewMotorola Solutions is a world leader in the field of professional mobile communications systems with an impressive heritage of technological innovations and a global base of installed systems.This sales group is responsible for selling Motorola Solution's Mobile Broadband Push to Talk portfolio (WAVE/TLK) through a very large existing base of channel partners. Job Description We are seeking a top-performing sales professional to drive incremental sales of our industry leading mobile broadband push to talk solution (WAVE/TLK). As a Channel Sales Manager, you will focus on supporting US channel partners across all vertical markets to generate new opportunities, upsell existing customers, and drive prospecting and strategic initiatives all while maintaining excellent partner/customer relationships. There is also an opportunity to expand our existing channel with new VARs. Success in this role will require you to take responsibility for equipping sellers for success through product training, best practices, and pre and post sales support. Target Base Salary Range: $67,100 - $134,700 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
