Description React Developer (Senior/SME) Washington, DC 20024 Anakim Consulting has an immediate need for a React Developer with Senior/Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience to support a federal government contract environment. This position requires expertise with UI/UX. Qualified candidates with DHS Suitability preferred. Job Type: Full Time Location: On-Site Job responsibilities include: Work alongside M365 team and also support a separate development team improving usability and interface for the customer's application Support a solution built in AWS using ECS, Fargate, and Cloudbees and React front-end Provide technical and/or management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives Direct and control activities for client Maintain overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met Interface with senior management and support client meetings and negotiations, as requested Provide domain knowledge and support critical decision-making impacting project implementation Supervise others, as required Position Requirements Requirements include: U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship) Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain secure access Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 9+ years of front-end development experience and technical expertise with React Additional years of related experience required for SME level consideration Expert level UI/UX skills including improving usability and interface for applications Experience with automated deployment using AWS cloud solutions and container technologies including: Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) AWS Fargate Experience supporting advanced CI/CD with CloudBees platform Demonstrated experience working closely with client stakeholders and meeting stated goals for project implementation Experience supervising technical team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Local to Washington DC area and availability to support on-site schedule Preferred experience: Prior experience supporting DHS customer Current/Recent DHS Suitability Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position React Developer (Senior/SME) About the Organization Anakim Consulting is a privately held small company that provides growth opportunities for employees.
