Job Summary:

Education: Required Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is required. Previous reception or billing experience helpful. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred. Comfort with computers, answering phones, and willingness to learn hospital software required. A positive and friendly attitude and dedication to patient and client satisfaction is a must! Work Schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday). Schedule for weekday will be adjusted accordingly when scheduled to work on the weekends.
