Description

The Kronos Functional Analyst role is responsible for the proactive analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, data mining, training and end user support for the Timekeeping application.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of Time and Attendance or Scheduler experience required. Experience in a large healthcare organization using an automated Time and Attendance or Scheduling system preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Time and Attendance.
