The Central Scheduler II position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include utilizing a practice management system to facilitate access to care through registration, scheduling and recording of patient communications. Handles a variety of incoming customer inquiries or requests and uses appropriate resources to provide complete, accurate responses.

Experience in customer relations role; Microsoft Office or other business system skills; Ability to demonstrate multitasking competencies
