The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation's capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming. Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking Utility Stewards to join our team. This position handles equipment (both dirty & clean), cleans and sanitizes equipment (both manually and with automated equipment - dish machine), sweeps and mops floors in the kitchen and pantry areas. The position adheres to all safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements Previous experience as a Utility steward preferred, but not required. Ability to bend, stoop, walk, lift up 50 lb. and push and pull up to 100 lb. with or without reasonable accommodation and assistance. Ability to work a full eight-hour shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to transport heavy equipment through public areas, including the Kitchen environment, pantries, and several crowed areas both in the back and front of the house areas in a safe and professional manner. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. Ability to work flexible schedule to include late hours, weekends and holidays
