Accountable for the overall clinical data information systems, design, development, and reporting of data for the enterprise's clinical operations and regulatory function, Manager of Clinical Reporting and BI will work closely with customers from clinical department and population health management to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize Epic Payer Platform and underlying data structures namely Clarity and Caboodle and Epic Cogito dashboards to improve business processes, quality and regulatory reporting, promote the strategic use of information technology and enable the work force to use technologies as a competitive tool. Ensures the development and use of enterprise-wide standards for data definitions, data management, warehouse design and development to ensure scalability and usability of data throughout the information architecture. Lead the development and deployment of BI solutions using Epic Cogito tools, including Clarity, Caboodle, and Reporting Workbench. Manage and optimize the reporting and analytics infrastructure to support the Epic Payer Platform system. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports for clinical and quality functions. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all BI solutions. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of BI developers and analysts in the Medicaid, Medicare, D-SNP and Commercial lines of business. Adhere and influence the stakeholders towards IT developments standards and best practices. Work jointly with IT managers to develop approaches in support of the business partner's clinical reporting and dashboard needs. Fosters and promotes data self-services initiatives. Works collaboratively with other IT groups to ensure solid cross-functional decisions are made as a team. Develops collaborative working relationships with all business partners / departments. Coordinates with infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and business results. Represents clinical reporting at change control and ensures that all scheduled releases have gone through an adequate test process and are documented before going to change control. Meets regularly with direct manager to escalate issues, report status of requests and identify opportunities for improvements.
