Key responsibilities

Product Marketers focus specifically on growing awareness, consideration and conversion of products through campaigns, events and promotions. In this role you'll be responsible for driving awareness of our e-commerce logistics solutions in a fast-paced and developing product landscape. This position is responsible for evolving the target audience from unaware to consideration of the Maersk last mile solution through ad campaigns, content and lead programs. Starting in Q3 the role will evolve to include a secondary product which will be determined in Q2.

Objectives of the role:

  • Execute annual marketing campaigns with meticulous research, innovative development, and flawless execution, all aimed at amplifying awareness and building a robust lead pipeline.
  • Champion the promotion and communication of product-related events, ensuring impactful reach and engagement (event operations and execution experience not required).
  • Craft compelling long and short form content, including articles, social media posts, emails, webinars, and more, to captivate and inform our audience.
  • Foster a synergistic partnership with e-commerce sales and product teams to flawlessly execute the go-to-market strategy and effectively target key demographics.
  • Diligently monitor and review marketing metrics on a weekly and monthly basis, driving leads seamlessly through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the Insights Manager to leverage the best sources of information, propelling e-commerce growth in the market.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/PR or Branding
  • Product campaign experience required - B2B preferred
  • Results and performance-driven individual - examples of marketing success measures from previous campaigns and promotions required
  • Media agency partnership and paid campaign experience necessary
  • Previous experience with e-commerce logistics company (highly recommended) - whitelisted examples of campaign programs required
  • Intent/SEO management experience
  • Self-starter and "outside of the box" thinker
  • Customer targeting experience examples required
  • Customer campaign journey mapping experience - please provide examples of awareness, consideration and conversion campaigns
  • Excellent time management and project planning skills
  • Excellent written communication skills - please provide samples of content writing
  • Marketing software experience (Eloqua, Salesforce MC, Marketo, etc.)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (optional)
  • Strong skills in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Word required

Starting Salary: $93,000- $113,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
