This position will serve as the Display Day Program Manager who will support the Junior Fellows Program and perform related duties as assigned. This position is located in the Internship & Fellowship Programs (IFP) Section, Talent Recruitment and Outreach (TRO) Division, Human Capital Directorate (HCD) at the Library of Congress and reports to the TRO Chief. This position is eligible for telework. Candidates will be expected to report onsite two days per pay period. The Display Day Program Manager primarily works with the Junior Fellows program management team in HCD/TRO, Display Day Program Coordinators, interns, Project Mentors, colleagues from OCIO and others throughout the Library to plan and execute Display Day-the capstone event for Junior Fellows-taking place both onsite and remotely in mid-July 2025, likely July 16. More information on last year's Display Daycan be found here. Primary Responsibilities:
The Display Day Program Manager plans and delivers a presentation to the Junior Fellows and Project Mentors to kick off the overall project and provide guidelines for the current year. After this initial presentation, the Display Day Program Manager schedules and facilitates consultation sessions and opportunities for cohort members to share and review project work with their peers in advance of Display Day.
