Req ID:215957 General Purpose Provide critical thinking, in depth data analysis and workplace solutions. The role will develop and execute capital and ongoing projects, supporting commercial and operations processes to promote operational efficiency improvements, design, implement and fine tune Go To Market processes and strategies. This role will also work with vendors to identify new or enhancements to these processes considering scope, need, and future state. Develop and evaluate new and existing processes and systems to efficiently allocate and manage our resources. Duties and Responsibilities Design, analyze and manage service models Develop and evaluate new and existing processes and systems to efficiently use people, information, tools, and equipment to provide maximum efficiency and effectiveness Analyze problem process constraints and work on solutions Review and propose changes in routines and reporting Manage performance communications with frontline leaders Process and reporting automation Provide analysis based on data driven decision making, including effective collection and monitoring of metrics used to assess, prioritize and select improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategic Managementor equivalent, or combination of education and relevant work experience Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics degree strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint A minimum of 2 years' experience. Ability to work independently to develop project scopes, schedule meetings, coordinate contractors, modifying actions as necessary to maintain schedules, expenditures and other activities necessary for project management. Working knowledge of computer software applications.
