Strategic Deployment Program Manager

The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Strategic Deployment Program Manager, to join the Laboratory Specialty Products business unit. Reporting into the SVP/ GM Laboratory Special Products (LSP). the successful candidate will lead and oversee the deployment of strategic initiatives within the LSP organization.

This role is full-time, USA/ PA or NJ remote.

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred

Required Experience (7+ yrs):

  • Program management.
  • Business and market analytics
  • Project management.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and engaging across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Travel:

  • Up to 25% both domestic and international

Core Competencies:

  • Develop and implement strategic deployment plans for the LSP organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic plans, project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support other LSP leaders in business case development for budget, CAPEX, project approvals. Manage strategic project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Develop, execute and drive the internal communication strategy to align stakeholders on LSP goals and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the LSP business unit with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
